Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to schedule materials and installation.
Final balance is due on the day of installation completion.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit card, debit card, or certified check.
Late payments may incur a 2% monthly finance charge.

2. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability and may vary based on the manufacturer's stock.
In the event of a backorder or discontinuation, we will offer a comparable alternative or refund.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase without penalty.
After 24 hours, changes may incur restocking or cancellation fees.
Custom or special orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been submitted to the manufacturer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Unused, unopened stock items may be returned within 14 days, subject to restocking fees.
Installed, cut, or damaged materials are non-returnable.
Custom orders and special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Installation Terms

The customer must ensure a clean, clear, and accessible job site.
Installers are not responsible for moving furniture unless this is agreed upon in writing.
Hidden issues (e.g., subfloor damage, mold, leveling) will be discussed with the customer and may result in additional charges.
Dunes Carpet is not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping, or issues with third parties.

Return and Refund Policy

At Dunes Carpet Inc, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns (Uninstalled Products Only)

Stock Flooring Materials (Luxury Vinyl Plank, Carpet, Tile, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
A 15–25% restocking fee may apply, depending on the manufacturer.
Custom or special orders, including non-stock colors or cut carpet rolls, are non-returnable.
Installed, damaged, or altered materials cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are not issued for materials that were damaged after delivery or not stored properly.

Installation Services

Installation labor is non-refundable once services have been completed.
If you are dissatisfied with the installation, please contact us within 3 days of completion to schedule an inspection.

Exchanges

In limited cases, we may allow product exchanges for unopened stock items within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be equal to or of higher value (the customer pays the difference).

Warranty Issues

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist in filing warranty claims if the product is found to be defective under normal use.
